Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with the service. If you're not, we'll work with you to make it right. Here's exactly how refunds work.
30-day refund window
You can request a refund of any unused credits within 30 days of your most recent purchase. No questions, no pressure to explain. We process refunds to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Used credits
Credits that have already been spent on messages, analyses, or document processing are non-refundable. The AI provider has already done the work, and we've paid them for it.
Bad answer? Refund the credit.
If the AI gives you a clearly bad answer (hallucinated facts, irrelevant response, obvious error), you can refund that specific credit directly from the chat UI with one click. No support ticket needed.
Billing disputes
If you see a charge you don't recognize, email us at [email protected] before filing a chargeback. We're usually able to resolve these in under 24 hours. Chargebacks triggered without contacting us first may result in account suspension.
Subscription cancellation
There are no subscriptions to cancel. Every purchase is a one-time transaction. If you don't want to use the service anymore, simply stop buying credits — your account remains active and your credits never expire.
How to request a refund
- Email us at [email protected] from the email address on your account.
- Tell us which purchase you'd like refunded (order number or approximate date and amount).
- We'll confirm the refund amount based on your unused credit balance.
- Square processes the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Enterprise and custom plans
Enterprise and custom-priced engagements are governed by the specific contract you signed with us. Contact your account manager for refund questions on those plans.
