Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Pantheon Smart (“the Service”), operated by Pantheon Smart (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. Read them carefully.

1. The Service

Pantheon Smart provides an AI assistant service. You purchase credits in advance, then use them to send messages to the AI. The Service is sold to individuals and businesses for professional and personal use.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• You're responsible for keeping your password secure. Don't share it.
• You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
• One account per person. Commercial accounts may have multiple users under a team plan.

3. Credits and payments

• Credits are purchased in advance and deducted per message or action.
• Credits never expire. They remain in your account until used or refunded.
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts.
• Different actions may cost different amounts of credits (standard messages, document analysis, etc.).
• We may offer promotional credits at our discretion. These may have their own terms.
• All payments are processed securely through Square.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, defamatory, or violates third-party rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse our rate limits.
• Generate CSAM, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content that sexualizes minors. This results in immediate account termination and reporting to authorities.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Share account access or resell credits.
• Circumvent safety systems or generate content designed to cause real-world harm.

5. AI-generated content

Important: The AI can be wrong. It can hallucinate facts, miss context, and make confident mistakes. You are responsible for verifying AI output before acting on it, especially for:

• Legal, medical, tax, or financial decisions.
• Content published in your name.
• Code deployed to production systems.
• Decisions that affect other people's wellbeing.

We make no warranty about the accuracy, reliability, or fitness for purpose of AI responses. Treat the Service as a sharp junior analyst, not an infallible oracle.

6. Intellectual property

• You own your inputs. Your prompts and uploads are yours.
• You own your outputs. AI responses generated for you are yours to use commercially, subject to your jurisdiction's laws on AI-generated works.
• We own the Service. Our software, branding, and infrastructure are ours.

7. Termination

You can close your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice for severe violations.

On termination, you can request a refund of unused credits within 30 days of your most recent purchase under our Refund Policy.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pantheon Smart is registered. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
